This site, exclusive property of the Federative Institute for Advanced Study, is subject to French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property.

The international legal terms herewithin and the interpretation of these terms will be governed by and construed under the internal laws of the French Republic governing contracts entered into and to be fully performed in the French Republic, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles and will specifically not be governed by the conventions on contracts for the international research and development activities provided through the United Nations regulatory mechanisms, if otherwise applicable, or the regulatory mechanisms of the related professional authorities, whose policies the Institute might recurr to: as of current date, the Federative Institute for Advanced Study constitutes a division of The Institute for Advanced Study International Consortium. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the site, the use or access thereof, or these terms must be in the regional or national courts located in the Île-de-France region (“determined venue”). You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the determined venue for any such legal proceeding and waive any right to resort to any form of class action. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site must be commenced within one (1) month after such claim or cause of action arises.
